We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about providing great customer service, to join our international Customer Service team. S/he will be tending to customer enquiries and requests through email whilst ensuring that the best possible customer experience is delivered.

SPSP Health is a fast-growing B2C e-commerce company selling beauty and well-being products located in central Madrid. Our international team consists of IT, Marketing, HR, Customer Support and Finance. Due to consistent growth, we are seeking to employ a Spanish and English-speaking Customer Support Agent to assist clients on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting and communicating with customers in a warm and empathetic manner
  • Deliver high quality customer service to customers via email
  • Provide explanations to customers about products/sites/policies
  • Keep up-to-date with new information/policies
  • Build a trusting relationship with clients providing accurate information in a timely manner
  • Understand, guide, and support clients
  • Collaborate with other departments where necessary

Requirements

  • Candidates must be native/fluent in Spanish and English (understanding, reading and writing)
  • S/he must enjoy learning and sharing their knowledge with others
  • Candidates should be genuinely interested in the online sector and eager to learn more
  • S/he should be take pride in giving support to customers with empathy and show engagement in delivering excellent service
  • S/he must be an excellent listener
  • Candidates must be team players who can also work independently
  • French and/or German would be considered an asset

Job Conditions

  • Full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Working hours are from 09:30 – 18:00, 5 days per week(Monday to Friday)
  • Candidates must be be flexible to work a few hours on weekends during peak sale periods
  • Office-based
